RM Manager ("the bot", "we") is a private Telegram bot that helps a restaurant owner manage staff, attendance, tasks, expenses, cash, documents and reports.
With your permission (Google sign-in, scope drive.file), the bot
accesses only the files it creates in your Google Drive — a
management spreadsheet and photo folders. The bot does not read
your other Google Drive files, email or contacts.
On its own server the bot stores: your Telegram user ID and name; the organization and staff records you enter; attendance, tasks, expenses, cash and documents you submit; and photos you send (receipts, attendance selfies, documents), which are uploaded to your Google Drive.
Only to provide the bot's features to you and your organization — keeping your Google spreadsheet and Drive folders up to date, calculating attendance/payroll, and sending reminders. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Photos of receipts, Z-reports and documents are sent to Google Gemini for text recognition (OCR) only, to extract amounts and fields. We do not use your data to train models.
Data is stored on the bot's private server and in your own Google Drive/Sheets.
You can delete your account at any time in the bot (Settings → Delete account, or
/deleteaccount), which removes your organization and its data from
the bot's database. Files already in your Google Drive remain yours.
You can revoke Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files created by the bot belong to your Google account.
